It does not work for me either. I am running the same macmini for over a year. The new update firmware must have issues. Their support is useless, so we will have to wait until they figure it out.

Without the second monitor option

What i do is to keep the window in the lower right corner, only showing the close and minimize button. I can then minimize, and when a call comes in, it will only show the 3 buttons only (the rest is off the monitor). I can always drag it out if I want to. I found this to be very efficient.

Does not work yet. It works on Windows, if you have a PC you could try it.

New Mac update

I noticed today they just updated the magicJack app for Macs. Apparently, it does not fix the called id issue. It looks like the one on Windows, and it allows you to see a call log and create contacts.

Any other new or enhanced features?

i works on my mini, execpt no caller id on my phone (yes, on my mac) and no call waiting (it goes straight to vm). Also, some of the features that you have in Windows are not available, like call log.

I am running 10.5.3 on my mac mini with no problems, except no caller id (on my handset) and no call waiting (second call goes straight to VM). Other than that, I sued it every day with great audio quality.

I am in the same boat as you. I have a mac mini and no luck with caller id. Hopefully they will have a fix soon.
