I am not sure is this normal or not on MJ.

When dialed international, I got the message -

- You have xx minutes. Please wait you call is being routed.

Then quiet, no ringing on the other end (I used to hear the other phone ringing on regular phone).

I can't tell if the other end ...

By the way, I received the below error when I logged in into my.magicjack.com

I purchased international time last week and unable to dial international number.

I am trying to make a call to Bangkok, Thailand, but no connections.

This is the format I used - 011662xxxxxxx
where -
66 = country code
2 = city code
xxxxxxx = phone number

Is that the correct format?
