Canadian numbers still not ringing. I get a fake ring then a click and a fast busy after several fake rings

Thanks for the above reinforcement I am sure that MJ Tech and product Managers monitor this forum much like any manufacturer with product that requires tweaking. Trouble making outgoing calls.
I can receive calls but when I dial out.. The ringing tone sounds for a few times then changes to a fast busy signal and the number I called in fact did not ring. I tested this by calling my own land line from my majicjack.Yesterday it was working intermittently. Any help out there would be ...
