I just ran magic fix and all is working great. Better reception also. Seems there is a roaming fix depending on where you are - or so they say.

I was unclear before but one phone would allow outgoing only and the other incoming. But I just heard from themagicjack.ca and it seems that there is a new upgrade to fix this problem available now. Thanks

Thanks for the not using the word "recover" tip. Apparently not in Miquel or Mary's vocab. They actually gave me my password!!

Does anyone know how to recover a forgotten voice mail password? TIA. grw
