Thanks for the reply. I finally understood to go to the settings menue on the device itself (not on the PC) and changed it to connect correctly.
I did not even need to disconnect the Magic Jack device...just changing the MP3 player to MSC made it recognizable and start working for transfers.

My Sansa e280 worked, then I got my neat new MagicJack device...attached it, installed it, made a few phone calls, then could no longer access my MP3 from My Computer, Windows Media Player or Overdrive, so the MP# player is now basically worthless!
