I am not a tech support person. I just figured this stuff out almost by mistake. My first issue was my phone not ringing. I tried everything including Tech support to no avail.

I finally ended up getting a Southwestern freedom phone and it rings fine now with no problems.

I've had my MJ for less than a week. At first my phone rang as it should but now it wont.
I've unplugged it many times and nothing changes.
I've updated the software and even attempted tech support to no avail as he wanted me to find Vista Only in "my computer" even though I had explained to him ...

I don't understand why KS isn't on the MJ list at all. I need a 785 area code but even the newer revised list doesn't have it yet
