Thanks for that info. I didn't even get error messages on my screen, but I'll try your approach. It's better then being forced to use WIndows on my Mac.

I talked to 8 people over two days - it just doesn't work on my Mac. It works on my windows partition though. However, I need to be on my Mac when using my phone. Tech support was mostly nice, but didn't have a clue as to why even their link for a fix for BETA for the Mac wasn't available.
