Make sure you check your my.magicjack.com page and ensure that your expiration date is correct.
Some stupid first level chat person told me my service wouldn't expire (I bought 2nd year for $20) even though the date was representative of August 7, 2008 (not 2009).

Well, it expired ...

!!! SOLVED !!!

The problem was indeed that the customer service agent a long time ago lied to me and told me that my account would NOT expire. Well, it did.

I went to chat and spoke with "Nadia" who was absolutely clueless and useless. She kept asking me the same questions, over and over AND OVER ...

UPDATE: I just realized my MJ is saying my service is expired. omfg.

I chatted with support a while back and they assured me that it would until August 07 2009 since I paid for 2 years of service.
