It appears that this upgrade is now being pushed -- if you restart your MJ, you will get it.

The upgrade has a fix for outbound DTMF; on a brief test, it was 100% accurate, using a phone that previously could not send DTMF through MJ at all.

I'm still using the old spoofer its always worked well but today after the magicjack upgraded automatically when I call someone it doesn't ring and cant hear them and they cant hear me but it does spoof. When I turn the spoofer off everything works perfect. Any work around for this problem?

there is only one model and the numbers are stored on your magicjack that way you can take it with you when you travel

Talked to someone in chat and he said the only way to do it right now is by chat or email and soon the customer will be able to do it. I do remember it being on my.magickjack.com
