"Load regedit" means go to start menu, click run, then type regedit, and press enter.

mine wasn't working for a while either, and i was just about to talk with tech support, but i decided to give it one last try, and Magically the voicemail started working again. I hope you guys get the same miracle.

When I run hijackthis, I get the following line

O23 - Service: CLCV0 (UTSCSI) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\UTSCSI.EXE (file missing)

yea it's been a while and it still hasn't come back. I removed it from hijackthis, maybe that's why it's not coming back. i forgot exactly how i did it, but i deleted it from my computer, and removed it's entry in my registry with hijackthis

You know, it's funny you guys mention UTSCSI, because I deleted it off my computer. I was attacked by a crazy string of the Vundo virus, and it infected a lot of things. boy i sure hope not. that would be terrible, especially for ppl using magic jack for their business line. On their infomercial, one of the "uses" they advertise is "a separate line for your business", so that would suck if they start putting in call ads.
