I took care of the problem without the help of the Magic Jack Chatbox Reps. I did chat with three or four customer serv. reps. However, based on their suggestions, we couldn't come up with a solution. Then it donned on me...and I shared this with the rep so they can keep this simple thing ...

I recently received Magic Jack and thought to myself this is not a bad product for the price. However, I can not figure out how to leave a voicemail. I tried calling my number, hitting *, then 1-2-3-4. I continue to get the female generic voice saying something like "The person at...."
