Just "like magic" when i finely downloaded and installed service pak 3
i had no problems at all

after i dowloaded update mj finally inaitiolized - but as soon as the softphone screen apperars computer restarts itself.. first time i plugged it in comp froze and i ended up restoring comp..it did this again so i formated hd and did fresh install this hasn't helped.any ideas?

os is xp
