I'm having the same problem in the Dominican Republic. My magicjack used to work incomings and outgoings no problem for about 4 months, After that my father's phone won't ring at all he could just make phone calls to the US no problem but he cannot received any the phone just wont ring.

I sent one to my family in Dominican Republic and I have no problem calling them. One thing I did do was change the proxy server magicjack is registering on. I got a little progran to ping all the server for magicjack and then pick the one with the least delays.

5 hours...... wow

I have everything I need . Can you give me instructions how to setup ac211.

Try this It will work for you
create a batch file and put this in there.

start /High magicjack.exe

You can replace /High with any of these switches below.
/Low /BelowNormal /Normal /AboveNormal /High /RealTime "DO NOT ADD MORE THEN ONE SWITCH"

is there a reason why it connects to 911.talk4free.com. This info was acquired using Fiddler. Also in fiddler how can I find out what proxy I"m using.

I'm using MJ with xp SP3 and I have no problems .

Your computer couldn't call our location on the standard SIP port (5060). Generally, this failure is caused by a firewall blocking our calls. We are going to re-run the test over a commonly available port (6000) to diagnose the problem.
