How to you access voice mail when using MSC?

When I call out I can hear the other person's voice coming through my PC speakers. No sound in the telephone handset and they can't hear me. Any help would be appreciated.

I spoke too soon :D When I add to contacts directly from the call log it positions the new contact at the top of the list identifying the name with the phone#. Edit the number to a new name but the contact still appears at the top of the list (not alphabetized correctly) If I add contacts from the ...

Doesn't appear to. I rebooted computer & MJ and then they were alphabetized. Maybe now it will work?

EDIT: O.K. now working. after reboot.

anyway to alphabetize the contact list?

This message displays on the left hand side of the software phone today. What does this mean? MJ still working for calls.
