No More Gizmo Support from GrandCental
I am thinking that GrandCentral no longer is supporting Gizmo sip numbers. This option is no longer visible in GC "settings".
Has anyone else noticed this. Here is a link to the GC user help forum about it.

Completely Delete UTSCSI as a Process
Bah...that's exactly what I don't want. "MJ running as a service".
Below is what I managed to come up with and it seems to work.

Then go to: Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services and set the service CLCVO

Well, it's a start. Maybe someone will add to the conversation. I hope so, because I want to be sure before I start deleting things.
Sure would like to get rid of it though. I Googled it. Check this out.

UTSCSI Process and Files
I think it may possibly be tracking software or adware. That is probably why the jack works without it, and why it acts, or looks like a virus, and is so pesky about returning to the scene of the crime.
Also, this would explain why Tech Chat would insist it is necessary to run the software. Of ...

Incoming Calls Not Forwarding to Voice Mail
My incoming calls are not being picked up and forwarded when my computer is off. Tech Chat says that they can check the "path" from their end, but it still is not working.
I also am unable to call my MJ number and access any features, listen to vm, change password, no prompts, etc. When I call from ...

Unistall UTSCSI.EXE/ USB process at boot
I think I have seen this in the forum...is there a way to uninstall the process UTSCSI.EXE and still have MagicJack work? Tech Chat told me that this is integral to running MJ software properly, but I don't believe it.

I think Gerry_52 is just having some fun and making it a project computer. Heck, try slipping Asterisk in there and make it a portable pbx. Take your phone company with you.
Here is a video on it, kinda off topic, but fun nevertheless...

How did you delete it from your box? You must have deleted it from somewhere else other than just the taskbar window...cause it would come back whenever you are running a process. I actually had tech support ask me to delete it from the taskbar early on when I was first having installation issues ...
