If you are trying to call your MJ from a landline from Cavalier, that could be the problem. I have never been able to call my MJ from a Cavalier phone system. Cavalier used to be Talk America.

I only get this problem when calling Cavalier to MJ and all non Cavalier calls work to MJ. No Cavalier call has ever gotten through. This is the very first problem ever with Cavalier.
