Using it with Outlook 2007 and have zero problems with it. I would like to know how to import contacts into MJ, any info?

I know forwarding is available and I do use it, but follow-me is why I purchaswed MJ.

Does anyone know when this feature will be active?

About a month ago I was having problems with MJ and tech guy, Henok said that MJ doesnt like AVG anti-virus software and requested that I remove it. I am now using PC tools anti-virus without any problems.

It was on the log in page, but it is now gone.

Last week this happened to me and I lost all contacts, tech support said it must have been a software bug. No backup existed. nNow I back up file AddressBook.xml just in case this happens in the future. As you update your address book, keep backing up this file.

My call log was listing all calls from the past 30 days. In ref. to MJ, I opened MJ and the drive box that gives details and unchecked hidden files and then copied the setup.exe and moved it, that's all.

I did not format the MJ and everytime I tried in the past to put setup in the startup menu it kept disappearing. This last time I unchecked hidden files, so that they would now show. I copied setup into startup menu and now it both shows in the menu, rather than vanishing...and it loads everytime ...

If you check your control panel after log in you will see that you can prepay for $5.00 or $10.00 in international calls. Although the rates aren't yet p[osted, it looks like it is really right around the corner.

I have run the Vista update several times. Remember, even tech support hasn't figuired this out for me yet.

I have already tried everything listed above, including putting MJ in the startup folder. I have no problems with xp, but can not get Vista to load MJ without double clicking on the icon.

I have Vista Ultimate and no matter what I have tried MJ will not start without manually clicking the Icon. Tech support people have been great, but still no luck.

I put mj setup in my startup folder, but still doesn't work. My problem is if there is an auto update and reboot I loose MJ until I ...

Is this working for anyone? I can't get it to work with Outlook 2003 or 2007.

I just changed the boot order so the hard drive loaded first. Autoload does not work with my vista system, so I have to manually initialize MJ. Problem if the compuuter reboots and you are not there your MJ will not function.

When I did an upgrade to MJ a few weeks ago I saw that the soft phone had a slide control for headphone volume on the bottom face of the phone, rather than having to open a drop down menu. This soon disappeared and went back to the old soft phone. Anyone else experience this?

talked to tech support 2 weeks ago and they said they would fix it. Trying to call a friend on vacation and I get 3 beeps and a disconnect. The area code is 340.
