its had to say, are you using the spoofer app that has the option to recive blocked CallID, i find when people call me from a private Canadian cell phone(Tellus Mainly), i get that(but with my local proxy) but only when the spooffer app is open

my caller ID works as well, but the site(tollfreeforwording) does give you the option to pass the toll free number to call id(so you know they are calling the toll free number.)

you can get a toll free number from them instantly online for a 10day trial and only 10 a month after that,
try it for a day or two and see if they get threw when your using it,

Have you tried the Vista Upgrade?
that may fix the problem,

The Error 3 could be caused by a firewall blocking one of the ports required to allow magicjack to connect to the server,
if the pc is running a firewall, you could try disabling it temporarly and testing it,(also some routers have firewalls, try configuring the firewall to forward all incoming ...

Got my first magic jacks today..tried to initialize, got the same thing...Now my password wont work, even the one they remailed me...Magicfix says my OS is compatible..(Windows 2000sp4)..but when it finishes, says the OS is not supported, and stops downloading...I know others have made magickjack ...

there are lots of things that could potentually cause this problem

Try 1st Disabling any and all firewalls(including the one in your router, if you can)

and im in Southwestern Ontairo,
