Both ends can dial but other end receives static noise only
I have this issue where I can dial a MJ number and they just receive static noise(cracking). When MJ number calls my home, I would just receive the same noise. Can anyone help me out? what could be the issue? MJ number is connected to 800kbps cable connection and the receiving phone to a 4MBPS.
