Recently, every time I call a number to China, after the remaining minutes prompt, it always tell me that "your call could not be completed at this time in the country you are calling, please try your call later". What's wrong with the service?

No Dropped Calls

Since going back to the October version we have not had any dropped calls in one week. This means for the MJ Plus users going through their routers, it is more stable without having the random drop issues we all have been getting since the February update.

October Version

We also have updated the October version and will post back in about 1 week to see if we have any dropped calls. My wife uses the phone the most in making calls here in the USA and phone calls to China, so we can see in the phone calls are stable.

I have a Netgear 3400 N600 and my MJ+ works flawless without any issues or problems. I would reset your router to default and start over. Also at least once a month I try and reboot everything, like my router, turn the power off on everything and turn it back on.

I had the original MJ with some beeping issues, and I now been using the MJ+ for about 3 weeks and actually have heard the beep maybe twice. I will pay more attention especially asking people that call me to see if they hear any beeping, but so far all calls have been very clear.

If you are an existing magicJack user, you will find the magicJack plus easy to setup and the response times in calling and receiving with voice clarity is superb. MJ+ finally got it right. I got mine 3 weeks ago and it has been working flawlessly, and I make calls all over the USA and China.
