I just got my MJ yesterday and I have the exact opposite issue. Everyone I call can hear me just fine. But, I can't hear them. I've tried adjusting the sound through the control panel. I've tried Bonzo's suggestion to answer the call through the "accept" feature and then wait a couple of seconds ...
