Voice Mail - Emailed - 3 Days

Is it just me, or are the MJ servers getting overloaded?

Have been testing my VM for 3 days now. Before it used to email the .wav file almost instantly.

But recently I'll get the email 3 or more days later.

This one I cant fix. Everything else is working just fine.

I have installed Magic Jack for my friends, family, and other acquaintances.
So far I estimate the total installs at around 15.

Out of these installs some have worked great and others have been a disaster.
The common problems are low-volume, breaking up, noise in the background, and so on ...

That sounds like a good plan to try next. Does the phone ring when you get an incoming call? Or do you need to be by the computer screen to see that the phone is ringing? Or do you even need a monitor hooked up for that kind of set up?

I had the same problem ever since I got the thing. Did everything I could and spent countless hour on chat. I have Road Runner cable which is pretty fast, at least more than enough to run MJ.

Finally here is what cured my problem for some reason:

I got an old 466 PII 126 MB Ram

Well I figured out the IE fix... not really a fix.. I had to disable ADD ONS in IE.

Now my VM is hosed up!

All I did was do their update.exe and now * will not get me into the VM menu.

MJ Chewed Up IE & FireFox

Hello all! Newbie here.

After the installation of MJ, it chewed up IE and Firefox. When I try to go to magicjack.com both browsers close out.
I have re-installed Firefox but still errors.

Gotta admit that's pretty funny. When it says Click Here For Magic Fix = CRASH!

Am I the only one who's ...
