magicJack and magicJack Plus Support, Reviews, FAQs and Tricks

Has anyone had any success using MagicJack on their corporate network? I get a Cannot Connect to Internet Error 3) when trying to use MagicJack while on my corporate newtwork or connected through our Cisco VPN.

Thanks for the reply. I get the message only from the magicjack soft phone. It works in every other aspect but will just not allow going to any other website from the options on the soft phone. I can access any of the sites from my default Firefox browser

Each time I try to access help or Advanced Features Magicjack website, I receive the following error:
Error! Shell command failed:
"open http://www.magicjack.com"

Anybody know why I might be receiving this error?
