I don't think the directory works for intel macs. That is a feature not available for us mac users unfortunately.

i experienced the same problem. whenever i tried downloading the firmware for the mac, i am directed to an inactive site.

Problem running on intel-based mac

A friend lent me his jack which has been configured to run on a Mac so I got myself a unit. The problem is even as I repeatedly followed the instructions on the magic jack website, I can't configure my jack to run on my intel-based Mac.
