The fix did not help, the blue light is on; TargetJet appears in the USB tab, not in the sound tab.
If I take the phone off the hook, I still don't hear dialtone, there is no changes in the softphone screen, still reads "ready to call"; then dialing from the softphone I can poorly hear the phone on ...
