Has anyone had the problem of not being able to switch back and forth between headset and telephone settings? Mine is "stuck" in headset mode and will not let me set it in telephone mode.

Has anyone had the problem of not being able to control the option of switching back and forth from telephone or headset mode? My options are "stuck" on headset and will not allow me to change options
