My magicjack took an update today. couldnt connect today through pap2 it would ring busy. I plugged dongle in and "lucky me" it gave me an update

Has anyone tried their MJ sip creds in a wifi phone like the UTStarcom F3000 ?? I'd like to get one but was hoping someone had already tried it out to see how it works.

my MJ came with a 6" usb extension cable.

modified the dial plan and it dials out almost as fast as a land line!!

The MagicJack connects and starts ringing in about 4 seconds, the ata takes 10-12 seconds. I was hoping to shorten that time down a bit and thought maybe it was the userdomain ip. I will see how adjusting the dial plan ...

My user domain is listed as magicjack.com and not a specific IP address.

The ata works fine, i just picked an ip from one of the other posts, but it takes a very long time to get connected after dialing. Is there a way to determine what userdomain ip address I should use??
