More BS from MJ. Told me the same. My IP will not open ports as they do not support(MJ)third party software. I enabled on my win 7 and makes no difference. MJ support will tell you it is on your end and will not accept any responsibility.

How exactly is this "killing" your MJ?? It still works right? I mean mine does, going on 2 yrs strong. Sure they make changes in their updates from time to time. Some are good and a lot are bad ( I.E. June 2009 when beeps were introduced).

Mine dose the same when plugged direct to puter. If I plug into a powered usb and give it a jump start the next day it works plugged into to puter. MJ is like a ford, you just have to know which tire to kick....

Your anti virus is out of date...AVG is at 9.0 and above now. If you have zone alarm on pc

After spending the day with chat support and having a tech access my computer, all they suggested was to reinstall the operating system...Tall order yea!!

MJ worked great with XP Pro, but when I upgraded to Windows 7 I also did some upgrades to my pc, like replacing the integrated graphics to a PC1 ...

Well after ordering and receiving MJ on the trial a week ago my credit card has been charged...so much for a 30 day FREE trial!!
I really expect to see this company charge my cc AGAIN after the 30 days, but is only speculation and will have to wait and see.

Using a software program with no problem. Use a dsl filter (or), with two jacks... Connect phone line to MJ then to one side of filter jack...connect second phone line to filter jack then to the jack on back of computer.
You may need to set your modem port speed in modem settings to a low setting ...

Do you use a cordless phone or.....If so try a corded phone
There are phones and or handsets available you can adjust the outgoing volume. With these types of phones when you increase the output volume it may decrease the incomming volume..a six and a half or one of the other type situation

paperholder... I live in an area where we only use 7 numbers also...People can call your number using 7 numbers, but calls out from your phone are 10.
Most states have gone to the 10 digit number and before long all the others wiil too.

OK...I read all the ya's and nay's about MJ and was ready to go to battle with MJ if I was not pleased.

hmmm....That dose sorta make sense. Will know in a few days if the charge clears and escalates from pending to actual charge. The RUSH charge was to be charged immediately and my account should have seen a charge for $3.95, but the whole amount of $50.58 was charged.....
