yah it is a automated service no whey to get a hold of any one . you can only order more . I payed for 3 day delivery though . So one would assume they are not sending it at all .

I ordered a magicjack on may 13th 2008 from 1-800-709-8139 I payed for 3-4 day delivery i have yet to get my magicjack . ups is only good if you live in a citi . when you are in small town it is the worst . they even report the reciver as not there when i was there all day long i end up haveing to go to a pick up spot which takes about a month to do .
