I think MJ works with with XP SP3 if you already had it installed before you installed SP3. If you try to install it post-SP3 it doesn't work.

Same thing, different result. The guy actually said the engineers are looking into it but there is no ETA on a resolution.

My MJ is going back next week within my 30 day window. I'm not paying for something I can't use.

Looks like they have acknowledged problems with Vista SP2. When I fired up SoftPhone, the ad banner on the left shows a frowny face and a notice that XP SP3 and Vista SP2 may have issues.
