it resets magicjacks settings. i just used it and it said after you doadload and run this to unplug your mjack then plug it back in and it reinstalls everything again.. it worked for me!!! craig

And I think I figured out my problem. I had tech support select my new number because I was using mozilla firefox as my browser and I choose my new area code and pre-fix . But there was no next button?? So tech support did it. I've been fighting for 3 days trying to figure it out.. I opened internet ...

any body else have this problem? I changed my area code and number and now I can only receive incoming calls only from my old magicjack area code and number. If anybody calls the new number it will not go through???
