I guess I spoke too soon. I'm still getting dropouts after running the bat file. Any one have any other ideas?

I think this may have solved the problem....made two short calls after running the bat file...no drop outs. Thanks guys

Hooked up a lan cord. I made two short calls without drops. Obviously, wireless is the desired way to connect.

If your laptop is connected to the router wirelessly, test with a wired connection (be sure that the wireless link is disconnected). When you switched ISPs, what changes did you make? Did you install any software from them? Router configuration changes? Have a new modem? If so, is the new one ...

I tried a 6.0 Panasonic phone and had the same problem. The 6.0 phone works just fine with my other MJ. I have a 2.6 connected to the MJ that has the problem but I was using this phone without a problem until this last week.

When I'm talking to someone there is about a 1-2 second interuption in our conversation. So like about half of a word cannot be heard. This happens every 10 to 30 seconds or so. This problem did not exist prior to this week and it is not apparant when the MJ is connected to my PC.

I have two MJs. I have been using both for about three months. Both of them continue to work fine when one or the other is hooked to my PC.
