I think maybe it's an issue when you choose 'expedited shipping' and/or perhaps an additionl magicjack? Just a thought but in the 'fine print' it indicates that the shipping/extras are charged immediately. I'm guessing when they charged me the shipping it went ahead and processed the whole thing ...
