That didn't do it, but I went into the Security settings and enabled some of the Script features, which did work. Thanks for the suggestion. It got me on the right path. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Is there any way to turn it off, or to change how many rings until the voice mail picks up?

at this point i dont believe there is anyway to change how many rings or turning it ...
