i've heard this same BS about dishnetwork and they still can't keep ppl from hacking their service. YES dishnetwork knows about ppl stealing their signal but they can't stop it. who cares if MJ ...

try using an ip address for the proxy for your city

i had choppy sound with my ATA, then i entered the outbound proxy info and that solved the problem.
