Had the same thing happen 2 me last month. Amange suggested uninstalling my usb drivers. Didnt work though. MJ pooped itself. They sent me a replacement in the mail. Got the new MJ 5 days later.

Same here. The MJ app died however I did get it to work with Skype and all of the TigerJet diags ...

Maybe we should have Dan define his idea of a day so that we can have a more accurate interpretation of what "10 days" really means.

Any suggestions for the logo or do we have enough to choose from?

The replacement Jack I received loast week had the new GUI when I first plugged it in. It includes Caller ID blocking on outgoing calls. Unfortunately, I was "Lucky" and the software UP/DOWNGRADED to the current interface. I did not have a chance to check out all of the little extras.

If I understand the strategy correctly, MagicJack/ YMAX Communications is registered in all 50 states in order to be able to terminate calls to their end users. Whoever terminates the call (connects the person calling with the person being called) collects a fee from the company initiating the call ...
