Thanks for the info. I know I said the specs don't have to be too involved but that graphic is a little thin on info.

What about the Tiget Jet device you mentioned? Can I say that MJ is based on that technology and send them to the website? Is Tiger560B the page I need?

I need general specs of what MJ is and how it works. Doesn't have to be too involved. The request was actually for a "prospectus" but I think specs is what they mean.

I just tried this fix and it seems to have improved my calls.

I know this is off topic but will this help improve Skype calls as well?

Solution to outgoing calls reverting to dial tone

I've been having this problem when calling certain numbers. I dial the number and it reverts to a dial tone. I found this work around for someone having the same problem calling in Toronto. I tried it for my number in Florida and it works!!

Make sure your router is protected if it isn't already. I noticed a huge difference in my quality after password protecting my router.

Is port triggering necessary?

When having MJ problems a while back, tech support told me to open ports: 5060 to 5070 UDP, TCP 80 and 443 on my router. I don't remember if it helped or not.

I had some power problems today and had to reset my router settings and I don't remember if the port triggering settings were set or not. I ...
