AC powered USB hub help a lot on magicjack. However, this fix could help a lot too.

1Please unplug your magicJack. Now go to "Start" in Windows and click on "run".
2In there write regedit and press enter.
3Now click on + sign next to HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE.

I have seen that you're having problem with the light of magicJack. I have one suggestion to resolve your issue: use AC powered USB hub to boost the power..

To fix the issue about error 3:
1.disable the antivirus including the firewall
2.you need to make these ports are open: UDP 5070-070 UDP, TCP 80 and 443.
-since magicJack uses those ports.
