I heard somewhere (not tested) if your change the outgoing msg on your MJ to less then 1 sec it will cause the VM to not answer..

Unfortunately I have a WRT610N and there is no DD-WRT for it yet (if ever). Tomato I haven't heard of. I'll mess with it some more tomorrow.

or you can try and downgrade your routers firmware as I had issues where my linksys router would crash on streaming video downgraded the firmware problem ...

Ugh. I just did the upgrade, and suddenly I can't call out. I get no error message. I pick up the phone, get dial tone, dial the number, and there will be a bare pause and then I'm right back to dial tone.

I suppose I'll restart my entire computer, and see if that helps.

try makeing a call with your windows firewall disabled as I had a problem like that and it fixed the problem and turn it back on and added the MJ ports for it pass through.

I too have the Panasonic phone that stopped dialing out after the upgrade and after 4 -5 hours of pain stakeing non tech support from MJ discovered that the DTMF tones are too short after the upgrade and will dial out just fine on a phone that the tones are longer like on older phones...

actually it was a compact flash card with the ide adapter interface I bought the kingston 4 gig for $19 at fry's the limit is what your budget as the 8 gig one was $50 not worth it for my simple MJ server...

I will work if you install windows xp on it as I have the TC5500 with the 733 processor and CE after I replaced the 32meg flash witha a 4 gig SD card I was able to load windows XP and run my MJ on it ..

A lot of thin client's are CE based which I don't think would work.

actually I got a T5500 CE machine to work with MJ , I got Escrewed from ebay seller that sent me a T5500/CE instead of the T5700 XPe unit I won and got booted off ebay and me stuck with the unit decided to mess around with it my ...
