Looks like they are performing some kind of maintenance on the atlanta proxy. I am able to login to the nashville proxy.

I'm also getting error 400. Can't login to my.magicjack.com either.

This problem has been discussed in their various forms. To summarize, it's a known problem and no current fix that I am aware of.

The problem is TWO tones are sent with a very short pause, this confuses the IVR. Try leaving some tones to your voicemail and you will see what I mean.
