I am having the same problem. Incoming calls are very choppy when listening to people on other end. They can hear me fine but I cannot hear them well at all. When I call them everything is ok. If some one has any ideas please let me know. This is very annoying.

My relatives have tried to call my number using a prepaid calling card but after calling the 800 number and entering in card number, pin and my number it gives her some message about not being able to connect to this number. Is this a known problem? Is there a way around this?

When I call an automated line and they ask to enter your account number or pin, it does not work. If it asks for a 10 digit number after about two or three numbers it says that number is invalid like I have already enter 10 digits.
