likely an anomaly. Resources for this info are almost always provided by a third party service, and they do charge. Not something MJ would offer gratuitously.

Let us know if there is a more credible circumstance that doesn't involve MJ providing free services...

Magicjack plus works fine until I have to restart computer. I then get the phone message "no line" and no dial tone. Once I have an incoming call however, everything goes back to normal and I can make outgoing calls again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You missed an important part of the 'divorce' agreement. You will receive very insistent pleas from MJ to pay a $30 number transfer fee. It's one number per magicJack device or app. Each of the two devices (or apps) can be on its own, separate MJ account.

(FYI, one number can be simultaneously assigned to ring up to 5 MJ devices or apps, as I recall, but each device or app can only handle one number.)
