2 days now, I can receive calls but not make them, I get a dial tone ,I dial out and then nothing, people can call me and I talk, but I cant call anyone. so I need to get a hold of support, I mean all the freaking links on the site keep going to the same place.

and interrupts whatever I am doing on the computer, Im pretty sure I see the commercial that said this would not happen. Anyone know how to fix this problem ? Keep the dial pad from popping up everytime someone uses the phone or someone calls ?

during the night I leave mj online, when I wake up next morning MJ kinda works like people can call, I can pick up the phone hear a tone and call out, but thats far as it goes. I cant hear people and the phone doesn't ring when I dial out. so I unplug mj and restart the program and them works fine ...

I'm running XP Pro SP2 and my MJ is very unreliable. I've had it about 5 days and I REALLY want it to work but right now I have to unplug/replug it into my system almost every time I want to use it. If I don't I either have HORRIBLE call quality or no dial tone at all. When it works, it works great ...

wife was at a mall and a man was demonstrating majic jack and said name and number should show.He even callled from his cell phone and both showed up on his computer.He said to contact mj and talk to them but I can't get a response from them.

I know how he did that guy, he put his name and number ...

I have cordless phone downstairs and one up stairs, when someone calls and I get it upstairs and its for my wife downstairs I tell her phone for her, but when she picks it up she cant talk or hear anyone. Is this a magicjack problem or anyone ran into this problem and have a solution ?

Not a big deal for 20 bucks a year, but it is kinda weird I have to dial area codes for local calls , is there a fix for this ?

I see the softphone caller id, but it doesn't go to my telephone caller id, anyone know how to make that happen ?
