I was sitting at my PC when the phone rang! Previously, I could not get any incoming calls.
However, I could not hear the person calling :( . I then tried calling out and again silence. I checked the PC audio and it was fine. So I went back to other things and tried it several hours later. Suddenly ...

I just initially set my MJ up with the local area code and the prefix closest to my home.
But I can't receive any calls either inside or outside my area code.

When I try to access voicemail either thru the Softphone or via an attached phone, all I get are 3 busy tones then it hangs up.
When I or someone else calls my MJ number, either you get a busy signal or a message stating that the call could not be completed as dialed.

I also cannot access my voice mail or receive incoming calls. I have spents hours chatting with the MJ support people.
What were the symptoms you had?
