I am also using the Los Angeles proxy with new credintials and unable to conncet. Also tried miami proxy but that does not work.

I have the same issue. Before I could call my Rogers Cell phone with MagicJack and it worked with no issues. For the past few weeks it stoped working.

Try the following:

Thanks for the links to the skin files. It does help that the new skins don't have ads. I have searched the forums for a way to extract SIP info but all I can find are old outdated ways that no longer work such as using fiddler and using serial number to extract the details. I would greatly ...

Is there anyway to extract the SIP info from the latest verion of Magic Jack? I would love to be able to use SIP info with other softphones.
