Yes the name does not show up on the softphone.Only the number even though it is in my contact list.

I put my cell phone name and number in the contacts list and it still only shows the number when I call.Is something wrong with the majic jack itself?

Names are in contact list and still does not show up when I rececive a call.

wife was at a mall and a man was demonstrating majic jack and said name and number should show.He even callled from his cell phone and both showed up on his computer.He said to contact mj and talk to them but I can't get a response from them.

The caller ID will only show a number and will not have a name with it.I have tried different USB ports and even bought a powered hub but still the same result.Any help extremely appreciated!
