I am curious if anyone has revisited using Zfone between MJ to MJ calls?

I bet MJ does not want this happening since the NSA probably hands them a sweet check to have access to unencrypted calls made through their switches.

Tell me what "SIP ALG" is and I'll try to answer your question.

It is a filter that sometime creates problems for VoIP, I am not sure if it has that setting. I did see that there is a fix for NAT problems that might help.

Plug the MJ+ directly into the cable modem to test it. You will need to power off the modem of at least 30 seconds. If that works then it is the router.

This is true but the point I was making is neither DECT 6 ( 1.9 ghz) or 5.8 ghz cordless phones are 2.4mhz, which is the same freq as the wireless router, which WILL cause the problem he is having...

If your cordless phone is using 2.4mhz then it is interfering with your wireless router. Try changing the channel your router uses and see if that helps. Of course you could try getting a newer 5.8mhz or DECT 6 cordless and you dont have to worry about it anymore.
