My son has his magic jack in Italy (stationed in the army) and he constantly uses his device and may talk for long lenghts of time with people here in the US.

He has noticed and he has timed it that at exactly 60 mins, it disconnects his connection to the other party.

Sorry semicharm. I am running Windows XP Home edition with SP2. magicjack is running as a service on all my logins, including guest but I get no dialtone at all even login as my regular login where I did the install of the magicjack software.

I followed the instructions and it runs as a service in my regular login. when I go into guest, magicjack.exe is not in one of the processes.
