I'm having the same problem with Dennett with a macbook intel. anywork aorund already?

Okay figured it out sorry. The update says " updating in 60 seconds" It actually updated in about 8 mins. now working.

Okay - here is another one.

1. I erased everything magic jack.
2. Plug in the magic jack - auto detects
3. run the magic fix exe
4. magic jack starts and connects - yehey.
5. magic jack runs flawlessly and was able to make a call.
6. I hang up and leave magic jack running.

the dns entry worked but now the problem is back -

here is it,

1. I plug the magic jack - it takes much longer than it used to be. then it wil display error 4
2. I run the mgic fix - this restarts it and connects right away - it will say ready to call
3. then in 5 seconds the unit will reset ...

same problem here. any fix yet. though on my pc I can see the call log and my phone directory. But on the mac, its just the dialer.

this happens to me on my pc connected via ethernet. but once i move my mj to my macbook via wifi, it works flawlessly. help on error 4. Any ideas? if ever its dns setting, how should i set that? thanks
