Help I purchased MJ 2.5 mnths ago - worked ok (not 100% ) during the trial period - now it continues to reboot - have been online with their unhelpful tech support for over 5 hrs total - 2 days ago they got it work - have deleted the software, have reformated the drive, etc --- pc went off due to ...
